Meraki For Life

  • Do you accept insurance?

We currently don't accept Medicare or traditional insurance plans. Payment is required at the time of service via cash, card, or HSA/FSA. For those who qualify, we can provide a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement. We're available to discuss how this might affect your specific situation prior to your initial appointment.
  • What sets you apart from a typical gym?

Our approach combines over 20 years of physical therapy expertise with more than 30 years of fitness coaching experience. We go beyond just workouts, focusing on the interconnection between stress, sleep, nutrition, and movement. Our goal is to educate clients about what works best for their individual bodies, promoting both immediate and long-term well-being.
  • What sets you apart from a physical therapy clinic?

We offer full hour-long, one-on-one sessions with our physical therapist. During these sessions, you'll work together to develop and progress your personalized plan. We always provide specific exercises to continue your progress at home, which often results in fewer overall visits, quicker recovery, and improved long-term independence.
  • What if I'm not satisfied with my session?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're dissatisfied with the quality of your session, please inform us on the same day. We'll take steps to address your concerns and provide a refund for that particular visit.
  • Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we do. If you're not content with the quality of your session, please let us know on the same day. We'll work to resolve the issue and provide a refund for that specific visit.
